| This paper discusses various solution schemes of the IP Over ATM and the architecture of MultiProtocol Label Switching(MPLS). The technology for the ATM network to support MPLS is further analyzed, and specific realization schemes of some key functions, such as the use of VP1/VC1~loop prevention and VC-merge, are proposed. Finally, the reassembly buffer which is introduced in the VC-merge scheme is analyzed and gets an useful conclusion. |
