Real-time of digital map matching in the target location system of UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) is studied in this paper。 A speedy and novel digital map matching algorithm named multiscale analysis and synthesis matching method is proposed in this paper, which is the emphasis of my work。 Using the theory of wavelet multiresolution analysis for reference, this paper uses the idea of multiscale to decompose and make the transformation to the image0 For the convenience of project realization, this paper use averaging operation to reduce calculation complexity。 The strategy of this algorithm is as follow: Template of real-time image and reference image are decomposed transformed and compared on the scale of 21,22,23,24; Results of above is synthesized to locate area which is most nearest to the true matching location, thus searching area is greatly decreased; Searching the area of above by pixel through the standard function of MAD to approach the true matching location。 Pretreatment of image and synthesis of scale information is the key to the quick matching; Moreover synthesis of scale information is also the important guarantee for precise matching。 Through the simulation at the environment of DOS in PC, the results shows this algorithm is very efficient。 Accuracy and quickness of this algorithm is much better than intensity-based correlation matching method and at the same time, this method is not sensitive to noise, thus this algorithm is worth developing。...
