| AbsractElectrochemical gas sensors have a widely application in the field of environmental and safety production due to its small volume, low price and high accuracy . it can detect large variety of gases with brode-range directly in-situ. But this kind of sensors have a short life in practical use . To solve this problem and at the same time to satisfy the require of smaller sensor's volume in some special fields, the are provided by sciense researchers, and it maybe helpful to lengthen sensor's life and make it smaller. Recently, there is an increasing interest in the study of electrochemical gas sensors using SPE.In this thesis, half-solid Amperometric Sulfur Dioxide gas sensors have been studied using ion-exchange membrane. The methods of catalysts making and membrane's dealing have been studied. It make it possible that the properties of Ainperometric Sulfer Dioxide gas sensors using Nafion membrane (such as sensor's sensitivity, stability and life , etc.) are better than the traditional ones. Furthermore, whether the solid type Amperometric Sulfer Dioxide gas sensors arc realizable were studied, too.Some results were obtained as follows:1.The technology of the electrodes and the methods of membrane dealing have been studied , on the basis of this , the working electrodes with good sensitivity and stability have been obtained.2.The Amperometric Sulfer Dioxide gas sensors have been studied using Nation membranes , its properties on structures are highly improved compared to the traditional Arnperometric sensors?. Its stability and liti.~ are improved.3.The solid type Sulfer Dioxide gas sensors have been studied using Nation membranes, it provide some helpful clues for the development of electrochemical gas sensors oriented to solid type ,small volume and long life.4.The solid type Sulfer Dioxide gas sensors have been studied using phosphate membranes(a new kind) ,it provide some helpful clues for the practical use of the solid type Sulfer Dioxide gas sensors. |
