With me aevelopment of the internet of inings,new requirements nave been put forward for the performance and use of sensors.Due to the large volume of gas sensor at the current stage,the cumbersome production process and high production costs,it is not suitable as a low-cost IoT sensor node.This paper aims to reduce the volume of the sensor,simplify the production process and reduce the production cost.The use of solid electrolyte instead of the traditional electrolyte gas sensor liquid electrolyte,combined with screen printing process,prepared a printed flexible gas sensor,studied Its gas sensitivity characteristics of NO2 gas discussed its influencing factors.The main work accomplished in this thesis and the conclusions obtained are:?1?Using a screen printing process,a sensor electrode was printed once on the PET film using conductive ink,and a 40mm*40mm square interdigital three-electrode sensor gas sensor was fabricated,and its ink adhesion and square resistance were measured.taking the test.During the printing process,it was found that the specific ink,substrate,and printing environment will affect the quality of the electrode printing and affect the performance of the gas sensor.?2?Using PVDF,[EMIM][BF4]and NMP in proportions,according to a specific preparation process,electrolytes with rich pores were prepared and characterized by FT-IR and XPS.The sensitivity of sensors with different shapes of interdigitated electrodes has determined that the best preparation formula for solid electrolyte is PVDF:[EMIM][BF4]:NMP=1:1:4?mass ratio?;the best preparation process is:heat treatment The condition is 80?,2min,the thickness of the solid electrolyte is 1.25mm;the best sensitivity of the sensor is 2.83nA/ppm,response and recovery time reach 30s and 72s.The preparation method of printed nitrogen dioxide gas sensor proposed in this paper can reduce the volume of the sensor,simplify the production process and reduce the production cost under the premise of ensuring the sensitivity.It also provides a new type of gas sensor manufacturing.Ideas and methods.
