From the angle of solution provider, this paper firstly raises a methodology that includes data warehouse, information engineering, overall data plan and CSCW guiding the construction of enterprise information system, and expounds and proves them. Then writer gives the arrangement and the concrete solution of enterprise information system combining the key technology ---distributed object and web_DB. The section of system arrangement discusses the firewall, application server, and data mart, DSS and universal server particularly. The section of system solution compromises the opinions of the writer and the mainstream firms. This paper has some reference value for CIO and constructor of information system.
