Advances in networking technology and computational infrastructure make it possible to construct very-large-scale high-performance distributed computing environments. From the viewpoint of job assignment methods, there are two types of environments in the global network computing, top- down processing and bottom-up processing. This paper presents a new parallel distributed computing infrastructure, adding a new bottom-up type global network computing (BU-GNC) system structure to the study area of traditional top-down type global computing (TD-GNC) system structures, having a detail discussion on the implementation of the BU_GNC on LINUX plafform. Different from TD-GNC, BU-GNC system structure has two significant features, the utilization of the idle computing resources of worldwide global networks, and the user transparency. Using the idle computing resources provided by worldwide volunteers, we can construct a virtual super parallel distributed computer to solve some very-large-scale problems, to realize scientist long-cherished dream. BU-GNC has greatest charms for business chances as well as for theoretical study.
