Research On Individualized Recommendation Technology Of National Cultural Resources Based On Collaborative Filtering Algorithm

With the rapid development of the information technology, in the face of danger of the inheritance and protection of traditional culture of ethnic minorities in China, how to realize the dissemination and sharing of the national minority culture, and the utilization, protection and inheritance of national culture, the use of information technology is the first important technical measures. Based on the building of the system of the knowledge services, it can make users more convenient to understand the culture of ethnic minorities, especially the ethnic traditional culture with Yunnan characteristics. With the needs of the users about the information and knowledge, the system of knowledge Services can help users search the minority cultural resources which is the most closed to the needs of the users based on their personal likes. The system is a sub module of the system of knowledge Services, through the study of the subject, it can promote to build a prototype system. It can filter the result, so the users can find the parts to their own interest with more convenience and accuracy.The paper studies the technology of collaborative filtering, the design and the development of the system of knowledge service of the minority nationality, the specific studies are as follows:(1)The improved research of collaborative filtering. To Analysis of several mainstream recommendation algorithm, and compare the advantages and disadvantages of several recommendation algorithms, selected the collaborative filtering which is most widely used and recommended content is not committed by the type of resource, and put forward the improvement measures according to the existed data scarcity and cold start problems.(2)Designation and implementation of the personalized recommendation engine of the minority cultural resources. According to the characteristics of the improved collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm and the characteristics of minority cultural resources, with the demand analysis of the personalized recommendation engine, to design the recommendation engine model, and several important modules of user management, national resource management, personalized service and recommendation engine which is based on the ASP.NET and SQL Server.(3)Construction of the personalized knowledge service platform of the ethnic culture. Based on the long-term perspective, to achieve the sharing of the cultural knowledge, we must complete the knowledge service of minority culture, this research finally build the overall framework of personalized knowledge service platform of the minority culture, with the introduction of each module of the framework of the functions and the relevant technology to construct the platform which is required.
