Research And Analysis On Recruiting Management Information System Of Longhai City

Conscription includes a listing of jobs which are military service registration, conscription registration, simple physical examination and political review, management for the pre-recruitment, physical examination, political review, validation for new recruits and new recruits transport and so on. The information Management system for conscription is developed by the priciple which aims to reduce the labor duplication and improve work efficiency. It realizes the informationization for the above mentioned jobs,which transfer the work for filling in forms and datas to computer processing. Therefore it provides a guarantee on realization of paperless for the conscription in our county. The system achieve the remote military service registration and registration conscription, which not only greatly facilitates the registration and enrollment of school-age youth, but also saves a lot of time and effort for our staffs.In this paper, base on the "system development on conscription" project, I try to put forward a idea that is to build a highly efficient conscription information management system, which allows relevant units can effectively utilize the network resources among departments and recruited youth to achieve data sharing in work processing and improvement for work efficiency from the aspect of object-oriented. Currently the system only achieve paperless of military service registration and enrollment, other jobs still unable to achieve complete paperless office temporarily due to the demant of work, conditions of the unit and limitations on the level of hardware, but still greatly improve the work efficiency.The paper introduces the research background, project significance and current research and application of conscription information management systems in Longhai. It helps to define the content and the main work of this thesis. In business analysis, the existing problems, the organization and the original business processes are analized. In this way it gives the new transformed business processes. in functional analysis, the paper try to analize and descript by use cases in order to define the function of system and give the overall function and sub-function package diagram of the system, including sub-package diagram that is military service registration, online registration, simple physical examination and political review, management for the pre-recruitment, physical examination, political review, validation for new recruits and system management. In the data analysis, the paper analizes the data that system needed to process and gives entity class diagram. Finally, the paper summarizes research and analysis and predicates further work in the future.
