Research And Analysis On Financial Management System Of Educational Development Foundation Of Quanzhou Normal University

As a kind of non-public offering foundations, university education foundation, though started late, is more and more significantly important in promoting the development of colleges and universities. How to manage funds and how to have a well financial management has very important sense in its financial management research. To do this, this paper adopts the object-oriented method to establish a financial management system for the education foundations of local colleges and universities based on actual needs.This paper mainly introduces the background of the research, the significance of the project, the present research and application’s situation of Quanzhou Normal University Education Development Foundation. It has been clear about the main content and work of this paper’s research. The problems existing in the system, the structure of the organization, the original business process system and so on in the paper’s business analysis are analyzed. The transforming business processes have been given in this paper. In the paper’s functional analysis, we make sure the system function by using the case analysis as well as the case description, and then the system’s overall function package diagrams and the subroutine package diagrams are given. In data analysis, each of the data processing functions required by the system is analyzed, and the entity class diagram is given, also the database table structure is established. Finally, the paper research and analysis to do work is summarized, and the further work is also discussed.
