Research And Analysis On Award Performance Management System Of Sports Lottery Center In Yunnan Province

With the continuous development of sports lottery industry, the Yunnan Provincial Sports Lottery Management Center’s performance appraisal was reformed.The new performance appraisal increased the market performance appraisal for the employee. In order to adapt to the reform of human resources management of Yunnan Provincial Sports Lottery Management Center, it need to establish a set of incentive performance management system. The paper starting from the problems of Lottery Center Performance Management,briefly introduced the background of project, the content of reseach, and the problems exist in the business processes.Based on this,the paper researched the business of Yunnan Provincial Sports Lottery Management Center’s performance management system, and analysed the functions and data of the system. First,the paper sorted out the business processes, and combined with the actual situation to optimize the business processes.Then, the paper analyze the function of the system by useing UML-based modeling method. It clearly defined the basic functions of the system.And gave the use case diagrams, package diagrams of system function and package diagrams of sub-function. Finally, the paper analyzed the data which needed to deal with the various functions of the system. It also gave the entity class diagrams, and designed the database table structure of the system.
