Research And Analysis On Case Information Management System Of Public Security Bureau In Yichun City

With the development of information technology and office automation, information management makes a step from a low efficiency, high cost version to a version with high efficiency and low cost. An efficient information management system now also becomes a critical part for case management of public security. A complete case management information system must have capability to solve the increased demand and difficulty generated by case management. Thus, the establishment for a complete case management system, the improvement of degree of office automation and the increase of working efficiency have become the essential key to make public security department have a continuous progress and advancement.Based on this, the research background including both significance and application status of case management information system for public security of Yichun City is introduced by this paper with considering its practical demand and application status. It then demonstrates the method and key technology in system development. Thus, we can clearly show the main content and the important issues for the work. Secondly, by the business analysis, the paper provides details analysis in the terms of the existing system problems, organizations, the original business processes and so on, then we propose a series of transformed business processes. Thirdly, in the term of functional analysis, the paper makes sure the functions of system with the use cases analysis and use case descriptions, and describes the overall functions of the package diagram of the system and sub-function package diagram, such as case acceptance, clues management, trial management, query and statistic of records, system management and so on. Fourthly, in the term of data analysis, the paper analyses all the data to be processed by the various functions of the systems, describes the entity class diagram, and establishes the database table structure. Finally, the paper summarizes the research content and analysis work, and further work is analyzed.
