| Student employment is very important to each college, especially to higher vocational colleges. Every year, a large number of graduates have their internships outside of campus. Traditional semi-manual management methods have been unable to meet the current development of our school as students are outside of school at scattered locations which may also be changed frequently. The current student internships management is lack of a relative student internships information management system. The student internships Information Systems can simplify the work of teachers and colleges with more effective management way, make employment work done better. With this system, students internship instruction management will be more scientific, standardized, and systematic. It also has the functions of resource integration, data sharing and data statistical inquiry. It will enhance the efficiency of student internship employment guidance.It is emergent to develop the system to standardize student internship guide student and trace the integrity truthfulness and accuracy of student internships.This paper analyses the needs of student internships management status and student internship management system in Kunming Metallurgy College upon full investigation.Based on actual requirements gathering, processing and practical management, the planned system will optimize and integrate the traditional student internships management process. Based on Visual Basic platform, using B/S structure, ASP.NET, database, Ajax, UML and other related technology and theory model to build the system. NET development platform and Access database will be used for development.In conclusion, based on the actual situation of Kunming Metallurgy College, this system is directional and practical. It will make student internship management more scientific and standard, greatly improve the efficiency work and lay the good foundation for the employment guidance work. |
