Research And Analysis On Management Information System Of Communication Center In Dongguan University Of Technology

With the development of scientific technology, especially the Database, the computer scientific technology has already been learn about by the people, and plays more and more roles in people’s lives. The system is based on the interchange center in Dongguan University of Technology belonged to Logistics Group which is for accommodation reception and conference reception. With the Development of this system, it can improve the efficiency of management and the speed of data transferring in order to provide the interchange center better developingThis thesis introduces the research background, current situation and meaning of the information management system of the interchange Center in Dongguan University of Technology. The research contents and main work of this thesis is specified clearly. It analyses the problem, organization and business flow of the management information system in the business analysis. It not only specifies the function of the system with the analysis of user case and the specification of user case, but also provides the total function package and the sub-function package diagram which includes the room management model, engineering department management model, committee affairs management model and basic data management model in functional analysis. It analyses the data which each function of system processes, and provides the entity relation diagram and builds up the database structure. It carries on the summary of the research and analysis work done and carries on an outlook to the further work.
