Analysis And Design Of Sports Facilities Management System In Baoshan University

Nowadays, with the widely application of computer and network traditional office work mode has changed a lot. It carries the college office digitalization work a step forward. Based on such background, Baoshan University starts to reform on stadium management pattern into advanced computer software management system pattern instead of traditional manual management mode.The paper is based on actual demand of Physical Education Institute of Baoshan University, carries out functional needs analysis, and sets out the mainly SFB of this system which includes stadium management, sports equipment management, sports management arrangement, stadium reservation management, member management, user management. The design presents each function block’s activity diagram, depicts each FBD by use case diagram.According to demand analysis, it puts forwards STD. In general design part, it illustrates system design principals, completes design of system architecture,analyzes basic design philosophy of system function framework. In detailed part, it presents DFD and DBD.For system design principle, it mainly illustrates design principles which the system needs to follow. For the system architecture design,it provides B/S function structure. For system function framework,it designs system overall package diagram which determines five function blocks. Using class diagram depicts class. Using sequence diagram depicts dynamic messaging between targets. Using activity diagram depicts the core process. Using BSD, completes ERD, BSD.By developing and designing Baoshan University sports stadium management system, it is not only helpful to realize sports stadium information processing networked, automatic and more high-speed,it also improves the effectiveness, validity, consistency of data.
