Analysis And Design Of Management System Of Public Security Criminal Investigation

With the constant advance of social informationization, the management of Public Security Bureau of criminal investigation of public security management as a priority among priorities of work, realize the criminal case information management system is an integral part of the public security information construction. In recent years, the construction of E-government of our country gradually, intelligent, networking, informationization, automation is represent the general trend. As an important part of e-government "Golden Shield Project" has to the public security department put forward the construction of high-quality team in high-tech equipment requirements. Barrier mechanism of public security departments as the burden to protect people’s lives and property security and the Department responsible for the special function, the application of information technology, has more special significance. At present, the government has invested large amounts of funds and the preliminary construction of public security information network and the design of the criminal investigation of public security case management system, and how to give full play to the public security information network performance, construction of the network is true for public services, improve the struggle against the enemy, attacking the crime and security administration level, this topic has been put in front of us.The paper firstly introduces the research of the criminal investigation of public security case management system background, the problems to be solved are outlined, and discussed the research significance and importance of project, describes the system development methods and techniques; this paper proposes the design goals of the system, the system carried out a detailed needs analysis, including business requirement, function requirements, data requirements and non functional requirements, business process diagram, use case diagram and class diagram gives the system concept, the use case description; in the system design, system design and module design, including criminal detention, bail, surveillance residence, arrest, prosecution, release module, the structure chart of the function module design is given (the package diagram, class diagram, sequence diagram) and processing flow chart, detailed design, the interface design, and use the entity class diagram, E-R diagram and database structure of the database design is discussed in detail; at last, the content of the study are summarized, and expounds the main work I, points out the deficiencies of this paper, and the further work is prospected.
