3d terrain matching technology has extensive application in low-altitude uav navigation, 3d terrain matching technology research to improve the navigation performance of unmanned aerial vehicles is of great significance, three-dimensional terrain research has become the focus in the navigation and positioning.In practical application we use 3d terrain surface texture feature to complete the fast matching of terrain, use in the scene the runway implementation scenario fast flair characteristics, such as matching.In this paper, from two aspects of 3d terrain matching and scene matching, in the further study of development on the basis of their technology both at home and abroad, put forward the corresponding processing algorithms, and validated by simulation experiments.This paper summarizes the domestic and foreign 3d terrain matching and scene matching the advantages and disadvantages of the existing algorithms, this paper analyses the feature of the common processing methods, performance and basic steps, focuses on the three dimensional terrain visualization, 3d terrain matching technology and two-dimensional scenario is based on the spatial characteristics of roads clear fast matching.Specific as follows:1. In the process of 3d terrain visualization, firstly solved the terrain data source, using existing software Global Mapper and write your own program to realize 3 d terrain DEM data acquisition, using Open GL to realize the visualization of terrain;2. In the process of 3 d terrain matching, primarily to solve two problems, 3d terrain and 2d image matching and 3 d terrain and 3 d terrain matching problem.In 3d terrain and in the process of 2d image matching, this paper, by using the three dimensional terrain surface texture and two-dimensional images to achieve fast matching of the two;And 3 d terrain and 3d terrain matching process, not only to solve the matching of surface texture, it remains to be seen whether the match terrain need to refactor.Mainly divided into two kinds, 3d terrain local matching and 3d terrain matching stitching.3d terrain matching according to local surface texture feature matching is completed, using the data obtained from the calculated in 3 d terrain position relationship between two pieces of terrain matching tag;3 d terrain matching stitching is required after the use of surface texture matching stitching, the terrain matching stitching, finally complete 3d terrain splicing display;3. In scene matching process, with obvious features in the scene graph characteristics to realize the scene fast matching, this paper mainly studies the matching algorithm based on the runway, detection identification information in the scene the runway, the area around the runway as interested in scene matching area, and then take advantage of local regional characteristics to realize the scene exactly match.The experimental results show that the algorithm has obtained the satisfactory matching effect, has the very good robustness.The final design to develop a 3d /2d scene matching and registration system, the system runs stably, can very good finish 3d terrain matching and fast matching positioning of images.
