However the traditional process of collecting and editing has lot of disadvantage include too many flow link, poor communication, hard to manage, low efficiency. To complete the process would spend amount of manpower and material resources.The paper bases on the visit of editorial department to understand the details and processes in gathering, reviewing and editing, combined with content and knowledge about ERP and magazine websites and discuss about an online journal management system. Demand analysis and design to model system by the thinking of 00, and model the collecting and editing process by the theory of workflow. The system can help users lower the running cost, sharing the information, shorter business processes and show the process to the authors. To support a safe, efficient, easy web platform for management system. The main work includes:1. Analyze the workflow of journal, and submit the analysis of the system’s function, the division of the module and design the structure of data.2.
