The research and development of computer、artificial intelligence and emotion psychology is quickly changing the method of traditional work、study and life. Emotion management has also became an effective tool in contemporary enterprise’s human resource management. It is a management model for the managers to mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff so as to promote the development of enterprises through respecting, understanding and warming their people.Simulating the process of human emotions and building an effective and accurate emotion model is one of the important steps of affective computing. Researchers from around the world launched a study on this issue, and proposed many excellent emotion model. Nowadays, the simulation robot based on emotion model has made a great development, but rarely this model applied to enterprise management system. To achieve this goal, made a deep research in the aspect of existing emotional mode, constructed basic emotional information analysis technology architecture from the perspective of emotional behavioral model, and designed the employee emotional management system for enterprise.This paper proposes a new emotion model based on the emotion theory, use employee’s personality characteristic as the stimulus input of the emotional signal in the way of investigation, combining the personality with the OCC model in a three-dimension emotional space. Then simulated the different emotion states, which use the mentioned model as an affection core. The emotional management system has not only learning, memory capacity, but also the ability of affective interaction. All of this will help managers learned the employee’s inner emotional response in the face of a specific enterprise management scenarios, thus identify and predict their sentiments and behavior timely, so as to put forward a more targeted management interventions. Also, the model has great academic value and practical significance, because it solved the difficulty in the affective computing, human psychology as well as intelligent human-computer interaction of emotional modeling research to some extent, and laid a solid base on follow-up studies.
