With the development of network technology, more and more enterprises, organizations and research institutions will have an advantage upper application, business functions, data access interface, and even the underlying computing resources as a service open for users to discover and invoke. However, limited functionality and business logic can be achieved with single-function atomic services. In order to better use of network resources, more and more composite services provider achieve a more complex business functions through the composition and invocation of the Internet environment existing web services in conjunction with local resources. Web services and composite services has also become, an important form of a cloud computing environment, virtual resource sharing and on-demand services.Due to distributed and loosely coupled characteristics of service-oriented architecture, stable QoS has an important role in stable business relationship between the different parties of services. While service level agreements (SLA:Service Level Agreement) provide a basis on QoS management in the context of cloud computing. Composite service providers on one hand are the service consumers of Web service (backend atomic services) which constitute a composite service, on the other hand are the providers of their own service (front-end composite service). In a dynamic and complex cloud computing environments, the composite service providers often have to face a lot of customers with different quality requirements and preferences cost. In order to better meet the service requester needs under the constraints of available resources and cost, composite service providers need to provide flexible SLA management mechanisms to cope with dynamic cloud computing environment in which more customer service hiring process differences quality of service requirements. This requires the composite service providers have a rational planning of resources to achieve front-end to back-end services SLA dynamic mapping, thus optimizing the combination of service and SLA management to meet the dynamic combination of service quality and cost of the requesting party needs.Due to SLA-based management for service composition, a dynamic SLA management framework which fully takes into account the dynamic changes in the number and type of customers in the cloud computing environment and the customers’different requirement of front-end quality of composite service is proposed in this paper. The framework implemented two management modes:custom mode and hierarchical mode, and focus on solving the two modes in the back-end atoms service SLA conflict management process. Through dynamic binding structure planning and selection of service composition, coordination of front-end and back end SLA was achieved. SLA complete life cycle management model was implemented. We implemented a prototype system based on the proposed regulatory framework for this article, the effectiveness of the proposed framework and management model is verified by experiments.
