Design Of Risk Control System Based On Supply Chain Finance

With the fierce market competition and financial innovation, supply chain finance leads us to a new form of financing. In recent years, the development and related property security law improve supply chain financing matures. However, most of the supply chain is still using the traditional credit risk control, and be short of effective supply chain finance risk control. In this context, we propose a new risk control system which is based on supply chain finance, in order to assist in the construction of the supply chain, financial risk control information system.In terms of supply chain finance model, we fully consider under three typical financing model, how risk control system should be designed. In terms of supply chain participants, we take the commercial banks, the core enterprise, logistics enterprise and small and medium enterprise into account. In terms of risk definitions, through the Basel traditional bank risk classification, we analyze on the basis of which the risk of supply chain financial risk control system constitutes an important challenge, how to deal with these risks. In terms of risk management process, from risk identification to risk measurement, to the risk assessment, and finally to the general risk control risk management process, which is also designed in the system. In terms of technical point, the popular knowledge and technology is applied in the actual design of the system, like data marts, ETL, Decision Support System. We build data marts through the data provided by the role of the supply chain, and processed into information-oriented themes and dimensions data mining and use existing knowledge and decision-making data and information to help decision-makers to provide risk control services, and, ultimately, it will also update the program and the results back to the knowledge base for the next risk decision services.
