The transistor is a solid type semiconductor device which can be used for detection, rectified, amplified, a switch, the voltage regulator, signal modulation, and many other functions. The transistor is considered one of the greatest inventions in modern history.During the process of producing.packaging and transporting,the problem that the calculation for the number of the transistor is related. At this stage, there are three methods for transistor’s count:manual counting.sensor detection and image processing.Now there have been several software for transistor counting. But they still have some shortcomings and vulnerabilities, not be ripe yet. Such as error, time consuming,user interface and product publicity and so on. So the LED chip count industry has not be well developed yet, the market demands a high-quality,high-speed and low-cost product.In order to solve the problems above, this paper designed and implemented a complete LED counting system by the needs of the users. Using the dynamic interface in order to make the interface flexible. Using a common class to achieve the system data, for example, product’s type, information for user’s registration, the information of the result and so on. The common class contains enough data type, we can construct different object by this class, and each different type object’s attributes has different name.This paper is mainly involved in the works bellow:1. Designed and determined the overall structure of the system according to the market and customers’needs, divided the system into various functional modules, analyzed the internal and external contacts between each modules, designed the information of the data elements, given the system’s overall design.2. According to the needs of various functional modules, worked on the teclmology for different fuctions, and find a suitable implementation methods for each function.3. Based on the works above, programming and testing the complete system.Based on the requirements above, selected vs2008integrated Qt programming environment. Finally, tests show that the system can achieve real-time detection of the LED chip count functionality and user interface operations to meet the enterprise’s requirements. The system can be lastly, accurately, and easily provide the necessary counting function, while striving to provide users with convenient, efficient and practical system.
