The real-time control system is widely used in the production process of industrial manufacturing, logistics and fitting, aerospace and other fields. These situations need a control system which has the feature of higher real-time, parallelism and collaboration. Therefore, the design and realization of the control system software which has the characteristic of the precision control, high real-time and parallel has become the key problem. To realize the consistency, heterogeneity, rapidity, reliability and maintainability of real-time control system program design, the model driven development method is used to design and develop control software which is becoming a hotpot and development tendency. In the implementation of the real-time control software design method based on the MDD, the key point is to build a meticulous behavior interaction model. However, the current research mainly aimed at single modeling, which means that using several basic element models in a single hierarchy. When this method is used for complex system modeling, the readability and clarity of visual source model could be reduced, and easy to produce mistakes because of the intricate interactions among the real-time multitasks, so it is difficult to support model driven design method in the real-time control field. In this paper, a model driven modeling method based on layered hierarchical in the real-time field is proposed on the foundation of in-depth study of the real-time software design method based on the model-driven, which combined the stratified hierarchical intelligent control theory. The specific tasks of the real-time design model is decomposed to three different functional layers to achieve modeling, the port technology is used to extend the task element model to complete the communication between the different levels, and the communication mechanism of different tasks at different levels is built according to the match state of the port and messaging methods based channels. Thus, these studies lay on the foundation for the completion of interaction and modeling of multiple tasks in parallel at different levels.
