QoS technology is proposed by Seitz and Wortendyke when they do a study with ARPANET network, and it is a technology for network latency and congestion problems. Among all the methods that ensure network QoS, access control is one of the most effective methods. This article focus on the study of the improvement of access control algorithm. Aiming at the shortcomings of access control in acceptance region, the thesis brings up the modified methods in two aspects separately:the effective bandwidth and equivalent bandwidth.Firstly, improving the calculation of effective bandwidth and equivalent capacity based on the network calculus. Combined with T-SPEC shaping norms, reducing the difficulties of effective bandwidth by using the network calculus theory proposed by Cruz. Secondly, in order to make better admission scheme, the article established the access control and acceptance region model. Using acceptance quantities and quality of services as the judgment of access scheme, this article proposed a network calculus-based access control algorithms. At last, by using T-SPEC specification shaping and based on the established access control model, this paper precisely simulates the combination of bandwidth and delay, capacity and buffer size and acceptance region. And the paper analyzes the simulation through by the established mathematical model. The experimental results shows that the algorithm has better ability of problem solving and execution efficiency.
