In recent years, enterprise informatization transformation enjoye d a rapid development, but informatization itself is not the goal, im proving the management level of enterprises thus to have the obvious advantage in the enterprises competition is the fundamental of the en terprise informatization development. In this situation, most small a nd medium-sized enterprises will not implement the OA/ERP/CRM which i s very functional and expensive, etc, on the contrary, low cost, easy maintenance, high stability and easy to expand the purchase-sell-sto ck management system becomes the urgent need of them. However, the cu rrent popular purchase-sell-stock management system structure and dev elopment technology can't satisfy the need of small and medium-sized enterprises. Therefore based on Software as a Service (SAAS) model an d the Representational State Transition (REST) style development of s mall and medium-sized enterprises meet the demand of purchase-sell-st ock management system, and has a great significance.Firstly, this thesis analyzes the present situation of invoicing system development, utilizes the SAAS mode and the advantages of the REST to solve the problems in the development. With the SAAS mode, th e enterprise users have the advantages of no need to maintenance, on-demand purchase, all ready already available and low cost, relying on REST style system to improve flexibility to satisfy the customer div ersified demand. Then based on object-oriented and fields drive desig n method, the business processes of the invoicing system and its need are analyzed, using Spring, Terracotta techniques systematically to make the general framework design, relying on the basic information m anagement, warehouse and report to show the specific designing proces s of the presentation, logic and persistence. The key contents are:r ealization of the structure based on SAAS model, the technical case o f REST, the design for business code without invasive permissions and the realization of system's public functions.
