In the period of social transformation, stakeholder diversity and value diversity in China has become increasingly prominent, social conflicts have become multiple and complex. In recent years, as a virtual reflection of social reality, the online group events which occur frequently not only have a profound impact on China's political, economic, social, cultural ecology, but also affect the central and local governments at all levels of administrative agenda, on-line events have become one of the most important topics in the current academic circle.This study selects the Qian Yunhui incident as a case, based on western theory of the'Agenda-building'and'Framing analysis', quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis are used coordinately to give a detailed analysis on the event-related posts on bbs,as well as the related news on party paper and city paper. The study not only shows contents and characteristics of three agenda frames, but also analysis the conflict and interaction of three agenda frames under the network of public opinion,which in order to find the reason of stereotype frames and the absence of journalistic professionalism.
