Molecular computing is a new computing thought whose main data storage and computing media is biological macromolecules.It breaks the traditional computer concepts, and introduce biological macromolecules as the operator of computation. There are many advantages such as huge parallelism, low energy consumption and larger storage and so on. It's a great potential newly developing field. In such a Short period of ten years, it make a great progress that a number of scholars have builded corresponding molecular computing models even some of them did some biochemical reserch which can solve most of the NP-complete problem.Apart from summing up some molecular biology techniques that are used currently in molecular computing, also this sdudy briefly discusses the basic principles of molecular computing and its advantages and disadvantages. What's the more important, I select two aspect in it to sdudy, the main content including:Firstly, based on the analysis of public transport network problems, we ingeniously the trip clever is transformed the optimized travel problem into a weighted graph issue, and make some setting and transformation for some of the parameters. Furthermore, we integrate the "shortest path", "minimum transfer" and other travel factors, and simultaneously introduce the concept of "congestion coefficient" for this model. This is the first time to build a molecular computing model for solving the optimal path of public transport network problem. On this basis, taking the public transport network graph of local area of Xi'an for example, we gives a detailed description in the biochemical operating steps and the algorithm language part of the molecular computing model, and ultimately we give the optimal path based on this model. The result illuminates the feasibility and great advantage for the molecular computing model in the analysis of transit network problem. In light of this algorithm, the computing complexity of the public transport network can be largely reduced, at the same time, the application area of molecular computing also can be expanded.Secondly, based on the rapid development of nano-gold technique and its unique characteristic, and besides its simple operation, quickness, high sensitivity, good selectivity and so on. We firstly introduce the gold nanoparticie technology into the molecular computing field. At the same time, due to the further study of PNA technology recently, we re-inspect this technology and find that wide distance between PNA-DNA and DNA-DNA in denaturation temperature and higher specificity of PNA-DNA may bring about unexpected results in detection and biological operation. So we begin to try to apply this technology into the traditional surface or chip computing model to improve its computing power, and a simple 0-1 programming problem will be take for an example to further describe the model.In order to demonstrate the application feasibility of gold nanoparticles in molecular computing model, we compare and synthesize large numbers of literatures and articles and provide experiment program and also the concrete operational steps about gold nanoparticles technology, PNA technology and other biotechnology for the model, which is valuable in the case of shortage in molecular biology researchers currently. Analysis showes that it's basicly feasibile for introducing these two substances in biological operations. The introduction of nano-gold technique can improve the experiment's sensitivity, and the specificity between complementary bases can be enhanced through the PNA introducing, and thus the computing error rate can be effectively reduced. Namely, the introduction of the both two, in theory, reliability and accuracy of the molecular computing can be improved simultaneously, moreover, many other method can be used in detection, which can be applied in other molecules computing model by means of further more and in-depth studies.In addition, our model is only on the theoretical discussion stage which is a big weakness, even so it is in all current studies of molecular computing. Therefore further evidence should be get out of the practice to confirm the feasibility in the experimental project, while how to design a biochemical experiment program in practice is our next work direction in the future. what is more, gold nanoparticles technology is present chiefly studied in medicine and materials science field, so it is very necessary and imperious for more and more communication among different disciplinary.
