With the rapid development of internet nowadays, streaming media services have been very popular. Stream media bring the better service associated with many concerns at the same time, People are not only concerned about streaming media service and stability, but also more about the security of its services. This article analyses the streaming media service attacked by DoS, and DDoS, and the way to design an anti-attack tool based on the analysis of flow media service inter-exchange process damaged by the attack. This tool targets on the flow media service features, performs a series of testing of multiple attacks. From the different point of view, the tool analyses and studies the negative effect caused by the various attack and determines its effect degree. On this basis, the key study focuses on how to improve the security of the streaming media services, the defense study is mainly against DoS and DDoS attacks. Streaming service has its own characteristics, we designs and implements a defense plan with combination of the existing defense strategy against DoS and DDos. This tool has a high degree of adaptability and scalability, it can quickly respond to the attacks coming from DoS, DDoS with high accuracy. The main content of the strategy is position hiding and load balancing. This option can significantly improve the security of the streaming media services.
