Online banking business of Construction Bank of China provides real time online financial services for a wide range of customers. However, while the e-banking customers benefit from the convenience of transaction processing, they may become the victims of various financial fraud crimes. The confidential account information of E-banking customers trapped into faked website will be stolen by the fraudulence, resulting in huge individual losses and the impairment of the business reputation. Mixed cloud is a computing approach with comprehensive and accuracy characteristics due to the combination of public and private cloud. Through applying features of public cloud (Internet fraudulence identification) and private cloud (internal business mode algorithm), the system can identify fraudulence websites beforehand, thus making CBC e-banking service more secure and stable.The status of Customer financial assets protection in CBC is discussed in this paper, and then various issues and difficulties of anti-fraud are raised. By further analyzing, the electronic fraud website and related behavior pattern mode identification are key factors to the anti-fraud tasks. Then the mixed-cloud anti-fraud architecture is discussed, which include e-banking customer behavior model, private cloud capture of fraud website and electronic fraud behavior identification. Firstly, e-banking access behavior model are shaped by characterize e-banking customer access characteristics and habits. Secondly, potential fraud websites are given out through Internet global website simulation algorithms. Thirdly, local and global fraud database are updated and revised for more accurate result. At this part, the key point is how the mix cloud technique correlates public and private cloud to identify fraud actions more accurately. Finally, anti-fraud private cloud is shaped and the application value is further discussed.
