Model free adaptive control approach is a new method of controlled system without establishing mathematical model. Model free adaptive control in many places is better than traditional control methods, it does not use the mathematical model of the system and does not use a specific mathematical rules, but it use a real-time online identification information.This thesis is about the model free adaptive control. The simulation results reveal the method is reasonable, effective, and intrinsic nature.This paper proves model free adaptive control algorithm, and then proves model free adaptive control algorithm is convergent and stable. This thesis developes a simulation module in Matlab, and studies a series of typical system. The content of this thesis is controller's adaptability, immunity and robustness, in this thesis MFAC method and PID are compared.This paper presents a model free adaptive cascade control to solve the large time delay control system. This approach can improve the control system performance. This control method not only has the model free adaptive control features but also has characteristics of cascade control. Finally, the paper has derived an improved model free adaptive control method to solve large-lag plants. And then this paper studies the simulation of the boiler control, the results show that the model free adaptive control quality is very good, and the improved model free adaptive control is better. The paper shows that model free adaptive control to solve the problem of a typical industrial control is feasible and effective.
