Invigilation Arrangements Of The C / S Mode System Design And Realization

With the rapid development of computer technology and network technology,the traditional manual operation modes of invigilating arrangement fails to keep abreast of the development. Applying the computer technique, with its lower cost operation and high efficiency and flexible prominent advantages,which is walking into our works and lives.Institutions of higher learning invigilating arrangement work is an important work of academic affairs.With the fast development of information era,the requirement of information is getting greater and greater. In the previous academic management, invigilating arrangement works are normally used by the way of entirely manual operation modes,its defects come to light gradually,such as the backward management,the limited date processing,the lower efficiency, which has a great impact of the academic management efficiency. So, there's an urgent task to develop such softwares.This paper based on the study of current status and features in institutions of higher learning invigilating arrangement works,through detailed analysing the demand of invigilating arrangement system and feasibility of implementation scheme of this system, then put forward the corresponding whole scheme and software system model. Furthermore,we accomplish a new invigilating arrangement system based on the C/S model and it can assist academic management staff to monitor an examination arrangement. Adopting this software can make full use of advantages of computer information management and establish the standardized foundation data information, meanwhile, it can achieve intellectual limiting conditions and avoid artificial mistakes during the invigilating arrangement. And the information of invigilating arrangement query results can be printed out by EXCEL and saved.This thesis introduce in detail comparatively,which consists of the architecture system design and systematic function design, performance design and data base design and control system,etc. According to the software implementation and the feature of invigilating arrangement works, elaborates the each functional module of the design and implementation in details. Finally, I summarized this paper and gave some suggestions for the continued study.By the research of this task, developing corresponding invigilating arrangement can meet the actual requirement of institutions of higher learning invigilating arrangement works. Real application indicates that this invigilating arrangement system can raise the arrangement working efficiency and working quality even management level. The mistake by manual operation can be avoided and the problems of invigilating arrangement work in the institute are better solved by the system.Thus, it can provide convenience for institutions of higher learning teaching management and achieve better effect.
