Human eyes are the most important sense organs, however demonstrated according to the investigation, our country nearsightedness population already nearly 400,000,000.the eyeglasses can correct myopia, refractive surgery can also correct myopia, along with people to comfort level, artistic, quality of life request unceasing enhancement, more and more nearsightedness patients choose with the surgery method rectify the nearsightedness.Because ocular region structure both precise and frail, causes the operation nearsightedness surgery's difficulty to be high, the risk to be big.Construct virtual myopia surgery system, before doctor performs the real surgery, it provides a virtual myopia, the doctor first, to formulate a reasonable under the eye surgery program, and then make the corresponding virtual surgery training, in order to predict what might happen,and again revision surgery program, which will effectively reduce the difficulty and risk of myopia surgery.Virtual myopia surgery system regarding teaching, research, clinical diagnosis, treatment of myopia to have the very high social value.Virtual myopia surgery system is the combination with virtual reality technology and the modern medicine.In this paper, to a virtual reality technical basis, with modern medical knowledge (especially myopia surgery knowledge) as the center, the use of the software engineering ideas to myopia surgery system to research and design.The main contents include:(1) In the requirements analysis process, using object-oriented methods respectively from the business requirements, functional requirements and non functional requirements and other aspects of the virtual surgery system for in-depth analysis, according to use the system is divided into teaching demonstration, physician practice, expert consultation of three parts, the use of activity diagrams, use case diagram describes in detail each part of the business needs and functional requirements, and analyzes the particularity of the virtual myopia operation system.(2) According to the needs analysis, taking into account the special nature of the virtual surgery system of myopia, to make the system is widely used, virtual myopia operation system choose the virtual desktop-based way, hardware consists mainly of PC, stereo glasses, and with feedback functional form of data gloves, software architecture using B/S mode.Paper on the software system research and design in detail, mainly class diagrams, sequence diagrams and E-R diagrams to reflect the system resources, system function and conceptual structure of the database.(3) On the basis of the design to develop a simple PC-based desktop virtualization myopia surgery system, introduced the system to be adopted to achieve the technical route, the implementation process, and showed part of the application system interface...
