| Widespread application of computer office automation technology in telecommunication service industry not only can work to improve the workflow of service industry, increase efficiency and ensure quality, but also can promote the paperless office and reduce labor costs. By building a variety of operational support systems and business automation systems, domestic mobile operators have satisfied the business needs from a large number of customers and effectively improved the working efficiency and service quality.The thesis introduces the current establishment status of office automation system of domestic mobile operators and the promotion of office automation systems to mobile operators. From a technical perspective, an overview of the framework of business automation system has been summarily introduced. Starting from the point of view of software engineering, it has deeply analyzed the demands for business automation systems and technical feasibility and detailed described the design thinking, logic-level, network topology, and module interaction of business automation systems. Moreover, it has detailed the specific design and implementation of PC business client system, multi-threaded server of business automation system, designed database of business automation system and specifically explained the main data structure. As an important part of business automation system, PC business client system mainly adopts COM and IOCP which are responsible for interaction with WEB accounting system and multi-threaded server of China Unicom. As another important part of business automation system, WTK framework is mainly adopted with development in J2ME environment. Multi-threaded server, which is responsible for interaction with client in the network and interaction with database servers in data processing, uses IOCP and multi-threading principle.Business automation system, that designed and implemented in this paper, has the features of unified information processing and real-time processing. This system has applied in business department of Chengdu Branch, China Unicom and great economic and social benefits have been gained. |
