Nowdays because of the wavelength of Microwave Device become shorter and shorter. The development of traditional microwave device was astricted by configuration ,technics ,and some other factor, the light-sized big current density beam produces very with difficulty obtains in the practical application lots of problem occur.But the Gyro devices which base on ECM theory became the important choice for simple in structure. It in the submillimeter wave, the millimeter wave domain has filled the high efficiency component's blank .The gyrotron as a high efficiency millimeter wave source, broke through and has solved the difficulty which on the mechanism the tradition microwave device met, It to the millimeter, the submillimeter wave band's development and the use has brought the new hope and the huge promotion effect.Gyro base on ECM theory it have wide frequency band continuous tuning characteristic,it use as radiation source of millimeter wave.so Gyro have bright furture in lots of field such as powerful jammer, directed energy radiation weapon, high-performance materials processing and microwave Catalyze.The study of Gyro in China is just begin ,it have immensity foreground and value.In this paper we use CST to finish the design and simulate and achieved the high purity transmission. at center frequency 95GHz and convert the TE01 mode to TE10.At last we turn the parameter to optimize the S21 and S11 and we confirms the design method through the designed experiment the feasibility, and to designs the question which in the processing meets to carry on the summary.
