Based On Permissions Competitive Intelligence System In The Web Components And Messaging System Design And Realization

Competitive Intelligence (CI) is the product of highly developed marketization and informatization. An enterprise must enhance its core competitiveness in order to survive and grow in an ever-increasing competitive market. One of the effective measures to enhance competitiveness is to establish a high effective Competitive Intelligence System (CIS). CIS can help enterprises to acquire information on competitive environment, competitors, competitive situation and competitive strategies. A well-established CIS should provide functions like intelligence gathering management, intelligence planning configuration, intelligence processing management, intelligence project management, intelligence briefing management, intelligence product management, competitor management and customized intelligence service. The implementation of all these functions requires a well-designed, high effective database system. Besides, to enhance security and reliability, the system needs an effective access control mechanism; also, the application of SMS messaging platform can improve the system's real-time interaction.This paper, based on the project "Development of Web-based Enterprise CI Platform" supported by the Kunming Technology-based Small and Medium Enterprises Technology and Innovation Fund, makes a brief description of the related technology, conducts brief analysis of the current development of the research and application of CIS in both China and abroad, completes the design of the system database, designs and implements a permission control component as well as a SMS messaging platform.According to the project's objective and position, this paper analyzes the requirements of related business, designs a set of database conceptual models and logical models suitable to describe enterprise CIS, and based on that, creates a database which can be run in a real environment.Based on the research on the role-based access control model, this paper designs a CIS-oriented, general purpose permission control component. To enhance generality, security and flexibility, the component is designed to be independent and underlying database irrelevant. The component enables the permission control module to be reused in CIS. Therefore, efficiency of the system development has been improved.According to the characteristics of the Web-based CI SMS platform, this paper designs a multilayer SMS platform which is capable of sending and receiving SMS messages instantly. The platform, built on multi-queue and multithreading technology, increases the communication speed and efficiency.The research results mentioned in the paper have been verified in the project. In the end, the paper conducts analysis of areas where improvements are needed.
