More and more complicated things and problems appeare with the development of modern society. Hall for workshop of meta-synthetic engineering(HWME) provide a discussion platform for expert group who solve complicated problems. HWME quantifies the qualitative knowledge mastered by experts. However, there is less research on the interactive process and link structure of internet group argumentation among expert group on complicated problem, and how to quantify the qualitative knowledge mastered by experts. The interactive process and link structure of internet group argumentation among the generalized experts were investigated.The range of expert group in HWME was expanded in the thesis. The generalized expert concept was put forward on some certain topic in HWME. A set of the authority or hub web pages created by public, experts and government retrieved from World Wide Web(WWW) on some certain topic. These pages present rational non-rational judgments and view on problems, including experience and collective wisdom of public experts and government. The creator of these pages consist of generalized experts group.In the process of effective interactions among the generalized experts group, the discourse of one expert, which includes experience, judgments and view page created by the generalized experts group on WWW, so the process of effective interactions among the generalized experts group leads to the network structure of inter-responded environment. The link structure of internet group argumentation among the generalized experts is similar to a hyper-linkage in the content of Web page. Inspire by the Web attributed directed graph, the network structure of internet group argumentation among the generalized experts is characterized by an attributed directed graph. In one graph, each vertex with discourse attributes represents a discourse of one each generalized experts each time, and each directed edge with ralation attributes decribes the response embedded in the discourse content.The concept of hyperlink-induced topic search (HITS) is applied to understand and infer the network structure of internet group argumentation among the generalized experts in HWME. A set of algorithmic tool to analysis the link structure of internet group argumentation was worked out. This algorithm which supports the net group argumentation, is used to quantify the qualitative knowledge of experts group argumentation, collective wisdom is emerged from the interaction among individuals in internet group argumentation among the generalized experts.The link structure and algorithm are applied in the network group argumentation among generalized experts on Dianchi water pollution treatment. They are approved to be correct and applicable in practice.
