With the combination of the practition, we analysis management business processes of Shengli Oil Plant in detail. According to the production of oil and water Wells in the actual situation of business operation management for the whole system, the detailed design of oil Wells of architecture, the relevant business operations management, operations management process that business is a good platform. The system includes the seven integrated subsystems: operation scheduling management, operation design management, operations materials management, operation and management jobs, job supervision and management, operation accounting management, evaluation and application. Using workflow technology-based business process management, we achieved the online collaboration running with B/S model. Architecture is divided into the data layer, application logic layer and presentation layer. Focusing on the key class diagram and dynamic logic view, such as the design, interface of system development provides theory basis. Combined with the actual application of the realization of the whole system is expounded, and the realization of a two sub-systems.Oil plant operation management system has been put into use in the Shengli Oil plant, the application shows that the system is feasible and effective in the management of daily operations played an important role and brings very good results.
