High frequency communication has a wide application in military,business,diplomacy etc for a long time. With the ability of achieving by low cost and long transmitting distance. Wide-band communication has an more and more important place in HF communication With the development of modern information technology, we must strengthen the monitoring of the spectrum HF in because of the limited bandwidth of HF.The mainly proposed of this paper is to design and establish the High-frequence all-spectrum receiving system. We have some achievement as follows: 1.this paper simply introduces the basic stituation of HF(High frequency communication).2.Studied the basic priciple of ADC(analog digital convert), DDC(digital down converting ,include the integer sampling-rate conversion, non-integer sampling-rate conversion), time-frequency analysis etc.3.Based on the discuss of the mainly key facts of Antennas,Multiplex and Receivers, established the High-frequence all-spectrum receiving system by combining wideband receivers and narrowband receivers,designes the framework , working mode,database and network of the system,4.Designed a wideband receiver base on HSP50214B ,and wrote the wideband/narrowband receiver station program.At last,the general work of this paper is summarized and further research direction is pointed out .
