Railway Construction Employees Mental Health Dynamic Monitoring System

The sustained rapid development of China's economy continues to put forward new demands on its railway transport infrastructure. Therefore, railway construction has become an onerous task increasingly. Due to the long project duration, wide migration, frequent outdoor activities and intense pace of work in railway construction, the mental health of its staff is suffered to some extent by huge work pressure and long-term monotony in the living environment away from home. This may lead to emotional abnormalities and even a serious mass conflict in that staff. Therefore, the in-depth analysis of mental health of railway construction staff in that special circumstances, as well as the timely grasp of its characteristics and changing trends, is very important for the mental health management and the smooth completion of construction tasks.On the baisis of author's many years engaged in practical railway construction, this paper utilized the theory, methodolog of psychology and the modern information technology to conduct an in-depth study on the dynamic mental health monitoring system for railway construction staff, according to their living environment and work characteristics. Firstly, the mental health standard of railway construction staff and its evaluation method were explored by this paper, and then the manner of dynamic mental health monitoring was presented. Furtherly, this paper analyzed thoroughly the requirements of that monitoring system to satisfy the mental health management of railway construction staff. On this basis, this paper adopted a three-layer Web-based B/S architecture to propose the detailed design of that system, and studyed its key technologies, such as data acquisition, dynamic monitoring, fuzzy judgement, and trend analysis. Finally, the system implementation was discussed by the author.Research work in this paper provides a new exploration on the mental health management of railway construction staff, with the methods, means and technology solution to the mental health dynamic monitoring. It has important reference value for the promotion of research and application in related fields.
