Design And Implementation Of Electronic Channels Unified Management Platform

Electronic channels (e-channels) which are composed of self-help channels such as SMS business hall, WAP business hall, Call Center, USSD business hall, network business hall and so on are playing more and more important role in common service channels.With the rapid development of telecommunication services, customers are provided with more and more comfortable services, But the complexity of Electronic Channel businesses is increased, and as a result, the Electronic channel daily work is under a lot of strain. This thesis researchs on existing problems with electronic channels, we provide an integrated approach on coupling management and independent construction, which is conform to the request of the development of e-channel businesses. The overall framework of the scheme is based on J2EE, with "unified design, unified maintenance, construction phases, and gradually perfect" for the general construction principles, building the whole system to ensure systematic, practical, economic, and advanced technology, mature.Electornic Channel Management(ECM) platform is a business platform and service system that based on BME of Huawei Technologies CO.LTD, and it's a cross-platform Web based on java and web2.0. The ECM platform is supporting by OS such as SUSE9,SUSE10,AIX,HPUNIX, and the design of DataBase is Oracle, Web Container is Tomcat 5,also can use WebSphere,Resin,iSAP Server,JBoss,WebLogic,WebSphere and so on. The architecture of the patform is B/S which contains the characteristics of standardized and opening.This thesis studies the maintenance and application of electronic channels, presents the solution of ECM based on the criterion of BOSS3.0, and mainly describes the design and implementation of the system.To Integrate Resources and set up a professional Electornic Channel Management(ECM) platform, we can realize the flow and accept resuts integration of manage and then achieve the following aims: First of all, keeping the harmonization of all Electronic channel accept results under the situation of rapid growing of channel types and service types, of Electronic channels. Second, effectively using of all kinds of resources and avoiding duplication work on similar applications. Third, forming a unified electronic channel maintenance interface, and achieving synergy between channels. Fourth, strengthen the business statistics and business control function, and reduce the workload of routine maintenance.
