The employment of university graduates has become the focus issue of the society in recent years. On account of economic situation, society demand, university and graduate self quality etc., on the one hand, the rate of satisfied employment is low; on the other hand, the number of graduates still grows constantly year by year. Hereby, an unhealthy situation that a large number of graduates are facing unemployment after graduation meanwhile the employer cannot recruit qualified candidate was formed. Consequently, all circles of society as well as university supervisors pay more and more attention to the graduate employment and the graduate employment feedback system has turned to the key program of education management research and study. It turns more and more important that how to make university, graduate and employer to exactly know the supply and demand state of talent in market. It is necessary to introduce the graduate employment feedback system.Employment feedback system mainly includes following steps: Firstly, timely collect every individual graduate's employment information and the market demand information. Secondly, input the employment and market demand information into data pool, statistically contrast/analyze the collected data, then the dynamic status of graduate employment can be learned. Finally, based on the society investigation and data collection, provide positive instructions and suggestions to students, universities and employers on society demand, employment directions as well as major subjects setting.A general data pool can be formed for the employment feedback system so that students can conveniently inquire all kinds of graduation employment information and select their own occupation with directions. The employment feedback system can also provide employment and occupation guidance to those undergraduates, so that students can know the supply vs. demand status of their own major in the society. By this way, they can make good preparation for graduation in advance to improve the employment rate. On the other hand, universities can have reference for major subjects setting with the analysis and comparison of employment information. Designing by B/S development method, employment feedback system adopts Asp + Sqlserver2000 development model. It is applied everywhere and can be searched on campus intra-net anytime.
