Nowadays,the professional development of teachers is becoming an important problem in the practice of education reform.There are rich resources of the professional development of teachers in classroom practices. And the teaching activities are made of the behaviors of teacher and students, which decide the teaching behaviors of the whole class, is a conspicuous sign of the effectiveness of the classroom instruction. Moreover, the loudest sounds are innovative spirits and scientific accomplishments in this period. In order to achieve those principles, we have to organize the knowledge of chemistry by inquiry teaching. Therefore, how to judge the classroom instruction, which made chemistry knowledge to its plotline, also made the behaviors of teacher and student in the classroom instruction to its cantus, and made the three dimensional development of student to its target, is worth to study.American scholar N.A.Flanders advances a research tool named Flanders' Interaction Analysis System (FIAS) to quantify the verbal behavior between teacher and student interaction in classroom instruction, which has reached maturity in quantification analysis research area. FIAS gets the main problem in classroom instruction, providing an effective way for us to explore the law of it. Using FIAS, we can study the verbal behavior between teacher and student interaction comprehensively.It also can help the teacher to understand the verbal behavior of him, the verbal behavior of student and the verbal behavior between teacher and student interaction accurately by the quantifiable observation and data processing of FIAS.And then, the teacher can analyze his classroom instruction penetratingly, renewing and improving his verbal teaching behavior.Meanwhile, we find out some drawbacks of FIAS, as it is used to judge the behavior between teacher and student interaction in contemporary chemistry classroom instruction. So we construct a new judgment and quantification analysis tool based on FIAS, named Chemical Class and Information Technology based Interaction Analysis System (CCITIAS). Applying CCITIAS to the 10 studied classes with different experiences, contents and chemistry teachers to get the data processing. We could get new judgment of it, and then we can look for some things in chemistry classroom instruction what is not enough and what need us to avoid.Contrasting the two judgment results, we want to get the more objective judgment. Combining the data processing with interview of the studied teachers, we could summarize some conclusions which will help us to comprehend the professional development of teachers better. We also can get a reasonable explain and description for the professional development of teachers and the character of effective class.
