Research the current gender culture in school education,when we look at gender issues in education for the attention and efforts,what we look forward to is far behind what we get. A good system still has a deformed culture. Equality of the system still could not escape from inequality of deep-rooted culture. According to the status analysis, reveal the incentives of the underlying system.By revealing the old concept of the deep core about gender culture, we hope that it can support help for cultural heritage and knowledge transmission.The content analysis and status study of gender culture revealed the relevance between school education and gender culture. Examine the gender culture of school education with multi-angle approach.Analyze the gender culture existence about the traditional school education. The contemporary school education gives a lot of attention to gender culture.Meanwhlie,we send the future prospects for it. These are the contents of this study.All along, we are concerned about sex, education and human development.We can not change one's physical sex,but the community has given us the space to play in the human growing. Since the development of gender theory, its footprint covers the various disciplines.The school,an important way and place as human survival and development, becomes an important place for gender socialization undoubtedly. It also has become an arena of gender culture heritage. Gender culture has been marginalized. Although feminism has provided us with the idea of a gender perspective and method,also allows us aware of the gender-awareness for the importance of education,calliing for gender equality has not been stopped, even for a moment, after the sound of this point. But we are all the system level. This study hopes to reveal the deep underlying causes of the gender culture. Namely, the culture transmission inequality itself is the major inhibitory factor which leads to people's unbalanced development.So we look forward to truly achieving a fair and equal educational philosophy, not just education, and more comprehensive.The first part descibed the meaning of gender culture, and its association with the school in detail. Firstly,card culture and culture of sex,and lead to the current cultural gender theory with Simmel's point. Then described the emergence of the concept of gender culture,showing its position and state in human history's development from the theoretical and practical point. Certain gender culture and explain the meaning and characteristics of the gender culture in greater detail. Finally, we illustrate the characteristics about the gender culture associated with school education.The second part expains that education looked at gender culture and understood it in muli-angle way. Firstly,it talks about the presentation of gender culture, static rendering, dynamic rendering, and static and dynamic interactions. Then it describes the various disciplines degree of attention to gender.Finally,it interprates the development fact of the space-time acoss of the gender culture,from the Ancient to the East and West,which makes people form a three-dimensional image perception of the gender culture.The third part discusses the numerous facts of the gender culture development in the traditional and modern school education. It specifically addressed the gender culture realities in them.Also it reveals an incentive behind the gender-culture phenomenon by the analysis of texts from the textbooks, teachers and students understanding, classroom observation and interdisciplinary research.The forth part tells that time called on schools to re-examine the gender culture.We recognize the achievements and identify problems. We explore the gender culture through the meaning for the explanation of school education to guide us the road ahead in education.The last part explores school education's hope for gender culture development. The education inequality is not system,but the important reason is cutural disparities.Power is in the gut. Our power should be "people's" right rather than a "man".Then it explains that we can realize education fairness by equal rights.The premise is the opposite sex equality. Our school education can also develop healtily and harmoniously.
