| With the development of economic globalization and the advent of knowledge-based economy, focus of competition between each country has gradually shifted to talents. Education is the key to talent training, and junior middle school in education is a very important stage of transition, which serves as a link between primary school and senior middle school. For other subjects, Chinese is so important as its basic position. At the same time, teacher's capable fo teaching has a great influence on students, then, based on previous studies and The nine-year compulsory education·Language Curriculum Standards, this paper carried out a research about the current situation and developing-satrategy about the Junior Middle School language teachers' capable of teaching.In China and abroad, a considerable amount of studies about teachers' capable of teaching have been made. Overseas research about the structural definition of teachers' capable fo teaching and the institutionalization of teachers on-job training have great significance for us. Our research in this field including not only all kinds of capables of teaching, but also its structure.However, all of that cannot fully cover the structure of teachers' capable of teaching.By interpreting The nine-year compulsory education-Language Curriculum Standards, based on previous studies, this paper reperesents the basic structure of teachers' capable of teaching, including reasonable sense of teaching, the ability to grasp the subject characteristics,the ability to shift the teaching methods,the ability to shift the teaching evaluation methods, the ability to develop and utilize new curriculum resources and the ability to carry out teaching research. Therefor, we proposed that as a language teacher should have reasonable sense of new Language Subject and the ability to grasp the characteristics of the Language Subject,transform teaching methods of the Language Subject, implement multiple assessment to languages teaching, evelop and utilize new curriculum resources of the Language Subject and carry out teaching research of the Language Subject.This paper mainly applied method of questionnaire, and select five junior middle schools as survey sample form rural area,county,city and urban in Shanxi Province. I designed two questionnaires to teachers and students. Based on the two questinnaires and a few individual interviews,I found that from teachers' sense of teaching to teachers' specific teaching methods,there are always being so many defects. The resons for these are both teachers internal factors and external policy factors.For further improving teachers, capable of teaching, this paper represented the strategy to fully improve it, including enhance the hands-on training of basic idea that consists of basic undertanding to new curriculum and mining the capable of teachers to develop new curriculum,strengthen the training system of orientation on-the-job, attract more outstanding people into education trade by all society's atmosphere of respectiong teacher and reform the basic education curriculum by reformation of the higher teacher education. |
