Migrant Women. Satisfied Town Living Conditions Of The Study

With the development of township enterprises, the research on the township enterprises and migrant workers on work and life conditions gradually become an important topic for sociological research. For the publication of Chinese Women Workers, a main subject, which is the women workers from other areas has become new vital subject. Nagu town in Tonghai County is a successfully developed region of township enterprises, it attracts lots of workers in other areas. It is necessary to concern the migrant workers, to realize and analyze their living conditions in Nagu town where Hui people live in a compact community and the township enterprises are proper, to discuss their difficulties in their daily life and the way to realize, change and develop themselves. Through carrying out on-the-spot investigations, interview, understanding their living situations, and analyzing causes of the influence of their development and the development of rural society, it is likely to realize the trend of these migrant workers and to regulate the management of these people to prompt the harmony and development of the rural area.However, most researches on migrant women are just from macroscopic level to show the influence of the migrant experiences on the promotion of women's status, but those researches cannot explain the individual difference of different migrant women as far as self-development is concerned. Actually, it is not only the migrant experiences that can affect the self-furtherance of migrant women, but also personal situations like age, education background, marital status that, to a large extent, influence the self-development of migrant women. Therefore, if any reasonable explanation is needed to make on the factors that influence the self-improvement of migrant women, it is necessary to use the microscopic research to take the self-development of migrant women and their personalities and interaction of the two into consideration.Through research, the problem about the imperfections of social security system and the migrant women's own lack of knowledge of self is to impede their own development, local development of township enterprises and small towns of the main factors, thus establishing and improving the local social security system and enhance migrant women's self-awareness is necessary work which must do in further development.
