Study Of Urban Community Groups, Cultural Construction

With the sustained rapid growth of national economy and accelerating urbanization process, Community building has becoming more and more important. The key point of it is the urban community group culture. Community residents have a fixed group culture, which including the interaction between community members, emotional connection and ongoing sense of identity and so on. How to serves for the construction of the entire community through the guidance, training and utilization of the group culture, and make the group culture harmony together with the community governance, is worth of our investigate. So this research project has strong theoretical and practical significance.This paper analysis the close link between urban community group culture and community governance theory with practice. I found problems by empirical investigation of ShiLingTang Community: awareness of population need to be improved; insufficient funding for construction; irrational allocation of resources; measures not in place; lack of community participation. Then I proposed the construction strategy for these problems:reasonable and effective guidance; highlight the emotional in solution of practical problem; integration the community public management system; based on community and give full play to the role of group leader; more culture exchange and absorption of outstanding foreign culture; make the group culture harmony together with the community governance.
