Provincial Higher Vocational Education Professional Layout In The Context Of New Industrialization

The professional layout of higher vocational and technical education means the major distribution should match the key subject contribution, and the regional major structure should adjust to the social economical development. In some walk of life or some region, some distinguishing major or major groups will be exixted. Major needs, the degree of needs, the distribution of graduates and developing speeds are five basic contents of professional layouts in regional higher education. This layout should be clear of the future development of the region, noticing the need and supply of talents to predict the major distribution, finally making the decision based on the way of investigation, analysis, layouts, policy, enforcing and check-up. Chinese government proposing the new option of industrialization-----"New Industrialization" development path promotes the development of higher vocational education layout. In arguing for provincial higher education layout and dialectical relationship between economic and social development and based on the layout of hunan higher education, using of education-related principles of economics, problems on the professional layout and the causing reasons will be listed. At the same time, compared with the developed regions, the strategic choice will be made from the perspective of governments, markets and higher institutions.
