With the development of the information, China's education informationization advancement develops thoroughly unceasingly, information literacy standards for teachers demand higher and higher. To meet the educational information and the new curriculum requirements, the state vigorously universal access to primary and secondary school teachers and college teachers of educational technology training. Normal School students as future teachers, the information literacy level of them direct impact on the future of information technology in education degree, so normal university has realized the importance of information literacy education to students. Information literacy assessment in information literacy education is an important part, Recent studies Information Literacy and Information Literacy training article after another, but for normal college students information literacy evaluation study did very little, In order to better education of information literacy, a normal university information literacy evaluation criteria is needed.Therefore, based on the published research, for this special group of normal university undergraduate students, we frame the information literacy assessment system, and build a mathematical model, and analyze the experimental results. This article includes five chapters:the first chapter is introduction, discussing the significance of information literacy assessment system, the status quo, existing problems; Chapter II is an overview about information literacy assessment, focusing primarily on normal university students information literacy content and Normal University undergraduate in the special aspects of information literacy; Chapter III constructs Information Literacy evaluation system about Normal School's undergraduate, includes four aspects:First, constructs normal university undergraduate information literacy framework of evaluation system; second, the evaluation system was initially identified, which contains five criterions, twenty-one sub-criterions and forty-seven third-criterions; The third is based on the findings of the Delphi method and application of SPSS13.0 on the evaluation system of validity and reliability analysis, further modify and improve the evaluation system, the final set of 46 three indicators; Finally, we build a mathematical model of evaluation system by using analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight from perspective of both qualitative and quantitative evaluation; Chapter IV is experimental study. It points out the innovation and limitations of the study, and also points out what should be further researched in the future.The innovation of this thesis is that we built an information literacy evaluation system to the special group of normal undergraduate students, establish the basic framework of the evaluation system, and analyzed the reliability and the validity of the system. Compared with previous studies, the system remedied some ignored criteria of the previous study, and offered some opinions for further improvement of evaluation system. |
