China's Social Pension And Emotional Care Research

With the arrival of an aging era and implementation of birth control policy, China's social pension issue has become an urgent problem to be solved. Through the establishment of wide coverage of old-age security system can make elderly people be treated by the Universal benefit pension, and therefore was favored by the government, however, universal benefit pensions may not be able to make a secure old age due to various reasons, institutional pension is a good example .In the case of great challenge, the traditional pension model also has huge role, how to really make pension policy to play its proper role? We need to explore diversification of pension policy, and to adjust the traditional pension model, we also need to implant emotional care in the existing pension policy. Only by this way can solve the pension problems of Chinese society completely.Expert Group on Central Party School Women's Studies Center found the rural maintenance crisis during investigation, which becomes a source of inspiration for this paper. After in-depth study,the author found that China's old people, regardless of urban or rural areas, with or without salary, profession, are gradually encountered maintenance crisis. From this we began to explore the solution on China's social pension. In research process, Expert Group found that not only Local officials praised the social security pension system over suspected, but also High-level government, which makes for the elderly "emotional care" needs to be covered, and the latter is even more crucial to resolve pension problems.Based on the comprehensive Conceptual meaning of the social pension, I firstly make a new "social pension" concept,then make a distinction between the concepts of social pension and socialized pension. Secondly I find that we ignore the "emotional care" role in the current pension system in Chinese society. Through a detailed definition I differentiate those mix concepts such as emotional care, spiritual comfort, life care etc. Then, by analyzing the tendency of deification in social pension, I have deeply studied the root cause that the social old-age pension system cannot solve the pension problem thoroughly. Finally, through analysis of the status of family pension, I found a new development on family pension in the current social structure, also put forward some countermeasures to solve the shortage of emotional care in social pension.To prove my above views,I use interviews and data materials as support. Meanwhile, by use of Habermas'communicative action theory , I analyze the modern crisis exists in the current pension system in which the social life world is being Colonization ; with gender theory I also found that the traditional model of social old-age society faces challenges and new opportunities in the current.Finally in this paper, I proposes if we want to address the pension issue in Chinese society, we should pay attention to institutional care, but it can not only consider the hardware construction, Emphasis on family care, but need to reverse the traditional, Emphasis on community care, but care should be the introduction of multi-care main, Strengthen communication with the elderly, and choose the pension model flexibility, according to local reality, actively explore other ways and other measures etc.
