The cohesion of the combineded university refers to the attraction that enables all the forces in the university itself to unite , which includes the attraction among the compuses,the attration among the staff and the attraction of the university to the staff. The merger of the universities happens more and more frequently, but how to strongthen the cohesion of the combined university is what we need to focus on it now , because Cohesiveness is the cornerstone of the survival of the university and the key condition of the combined university. Although the emerge is not hot these years, but fhow to increase the cohesion of the combined university,and how to promote the growth and development of the combined university is an important research subject.Cohesion of the combined university can be felt and aware of by the characterization and features. the influencing factors of the cohesion of the combined university are various. they are mainly how the staff recognized the target of the university , how the different parts are satisfied with their own development in the new collectivity,how the internal contractions are settled,and how the behalf is shared. The cohesion of the combined university is a vector that can be measured and it has derections , so that we can study its magnitude by mathematics statistics. In this paper, we studied the cohesion subject of some university in Hunan .By analyzing the survey results , we've get such a conclusion, the cohesion of the university is 0.37, this number shows that the cohesion of this university is weak,and it needs to be enhanced.
