The overall quality of teachers directly restrict the education reform and development.Optimize the teaching profession,the rational allocation of teacher resources,cultivate a group of high level of academic leaders and have a greater impact on the education experts,to create a time line with the requirements,can play an exemplary role of the backbone teachers are the fundamental plans and education of the timeless topic of the educational reform and development.In recent years,some backbone teachers of the HePing district in their growth process,show up the status quo of the lack of power development,or linger on the original foundation.It is difficult to further improve,then one after another fall into the growth of the "plateau." The purpose of this research is to explore the mission to help the backbone teachers to the break "plateau phase" as soon as possible to improve the training of the backbone teachers.This issue use a questionnaire survey and individual interviews and other methods to know the status quo of the backbone teachers which in the HePing district, and analysis the reason.Then propose an effective way to advance the backbone teachers to break through the "plateau phenomenon".Then provide the useful reference and basis to the Department of Educational Administration.
